About UsOpen Door (North East) was established as a registered charity in 2001. We aim to provide poverty relief and help to disadvantaged people in the North East of England, primarily in Teesside and Tyneside. To date, the charity has expressed this aim through providing food, housing and material help to asylum seekers and refugees, regardless of gender, age, race, faith or lifestyle. However, as a charity we are now training volunteers to become qualified and licensed debt counsellors. We are looking for other ways to provide poverty relief and help disadvantaged people, regardless of gender, age, race, faith or lifestyle. Our trust has three members: We have three members of staff; If you wish to contact any of us, please |
